RAGForAll Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

At RAGForAll, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The RAG system does not function as described at the time of purchase.
  • The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase or system deployment, whichever is later.
  • You have not substantially used or benefited from the RAG system.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@ragforall.com
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-developed RAG solutions after work has commenced
  • RAG systems that have been substantially used or integrated into your operations
  • Training services or consultations provided separately from the main RAG system

4. Refund Timeframe

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Free Maintenance Period

All our RAG solutions come with 1 week of free maintenance. This period begins from the date of system deployment and is separate from our refund policy. During this period, we will address any issues or bugs related to the core functionality of your RAG system at no additional cost.

6. Modifications to This Policy

RAGForAll reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this policy as modified.
